How We Work

We use the proven approach to delivering IT Products and IT Projects to our clients. To ensure that our clients receive an excellent output and satisfaction, we follow the three basic tenets of product development:

1. PROJECT LIFE CYCLE (PLC): DEPENDABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, AND ROBUSTNESS

We follow a well-defined project lifecycle for all products we develop and deploy. Each stage in the cycle is a robust and proven process. This system brings complete view of all stages of the project and helps to track the progress of the work effectively with realistic schedule and quality throughout its implementation. This proven approach is guided by our experts in Project Management (PMP & Prince 2 Certified Managers) and yield excellent CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).

ANALYSIS:

We do have vast interactions with our clients to know the depth and width of their requirement to customise and serve the exact product. After receiving the written requirements from the client, we analyze the client's requirements and chart the course for the project. Project managers (PMP and Prince 2 Certified) and functional specialists are involved at this stage.

DESIGN:

Based on the analysis, we design the product for prototype development. This defines the instructional, visual, and software design strategies of our Products.

DEVELOPMENT:

The development process begins after the CSM / Client approves the design and the prototype. This is when scripting of content, creation of graphics, and software programming of the solution take place. Beginning with the prototype stage, our review teams oversee the project at every stage. QC team does vast testing activities and helps development team in delivering error free product.

IMPLEMENTATION:

After the product is developed, we help the client to rollout the training program. This includes hosting the program on the client's LMS. We also train the trainers for some instructor-led courses.

EVALUATION:

After the training has been deployed, we collect project evaluation data using customer satisfaction surveys or user acceptance testing tools. This helps the client to review the training project performance and training effectiveness.
