Code of Conduct

Al-Bridgesoft Global Technologies’ Code of Conduct is intended to serve as a guide to each employee on the Values, Ethics and Business Principles expected of him / her in personal and professional conduct.

It is important to consider the effect of the rapidly increasing footprint of our company's activities across nationalities and countries on the Code to retain the Al-Bridgesoft brand and reputation. This emergent global presence requires the Code to ensure that it addresses and encompasses diverse cultural, business and related issues globally.

1. REPORTING AND RECORDS:

Any willful, material misrepresentation of the financial accounts and reports shall be regarded as a violation of the Code. No employee shall make and authorise an improper payment, unlawful commission or bribing.

2. COMPETITION:

Al-Bridgesoft Global technologies or employee shall market the company’s products and services on their own merits and shall not make unfair and misleading statements about competitors’ products and services.

4. QUALITY OF IT PRODUCTS & SERVICES:

5. THIRD PARTY REPRESENTATION:

Parties which have business dealings with the Company but are not members of our Group (such as consultants, sales representatives, distributors and contractors) shall not be authorised to represent Al-Bridgesoft Global Technologies Company without the written permission. Third party has to sign a nondisclosure agreement with us to maintain confidentiality.

6. ETHICAL CONDUCT:

All employees of Al-Bridgesoft Global technologies, shall exhibit professionalism, honesty and integrity, while conforming to high moral and ethical standards. Everyone shall preserve the human rights of every individual and the community.

7. CONFLICT OF INTEREST:

Al-Bridgesoft Global technologies management becomes aware of an instance of conflict of interest then consider suitable disciplinary action against the employees.

8. COMPANY ASSETS:

The assets of Al-Bridgesoft Global Technologies shall not be misused. They shall be employed primarily and judiciously for the purpose of conducting the business for which they are duly authorised. These include tangible assets and intangible assets such as facilities, materials, mobiles, resources, IT software, IT Products, Systems, Content, and Intellectual Property (IP).
