I don't have my own School domain; can you provide a domain in the name of our School/Colleges?

Yes. We can provide the same. In fact, we provide the same as complimentary. You can avail this free of cost (T&C applicable).

Who are the beneficiaries of this solution?

How would be the communication from the solution to staff/parents/students?

You can communicate via Email or SMS that too with your own identity, using individual Email ID.

Can I have my own academic curriculum?

Yes, you can have this option. You can have your own subjects for each & every class. You can have extra subjects like GK, Computers and other specified subjects.

Can I change that curriculum at any time?

Yes, you have the option to do so. You can change your curriculum at any time even at the middle of academic session.

Can I set the exams with my own interest, means with different max marks and different rules for each subject?

Can I restrict my employees to certain information and transactions?

Yes, we provide role based access, you can permit some particular modules only to your respective staff. All users are given controlled access to the application.

How many types of reports could I get by using student data?

Other Products in the market claims to provide 100 to 1000 reports, but we are providing the single report which is dynamic report and by using the same management can generate numerous reports.

How can I utilize my data to send SMS in different situations?

Customers can send SMS in many ways like bulk sms to all students, absentees sms, academic sms, bus breakage sms, exams time table, pending payments - sms are sent to the respective parent's or employee or all concerned's mobile numbers, registered in the system.

Can you provide attendance based on period wise and subject wise?

School Role offers the freedom to its customers and users to choose the attendance whether it may be day wise/period wise/subject wise. We are maintaining both in school role.

Can I have the facility to upload bulk data from excel sheets or from existing applications?

Customers can migrate their existing students data to school role by providing details in an excel sheet or by the existing data base. If you can provide the excel sheet, that will be uploaded within 8 working hours.

Which browser is best to view the itsmyclass Easy? How much of internet speed is necessary ?

All browsers are compatible. Mozilla Firefox / Google Crome is best viewed. Internet speed of minimum 512 kbps is necessary

Any chance for customization according to our requirements?

Feedbacks and suggestions are always accepted. We are happy to customize our product in best level. In case of customization it depends on the requirement suggested by the customer.

Is there any possibility to view the daily financial transactions?

In home page, itself we are providing these transactions. However, you can get the all the transactions by selecting the dates. So that reports are generated as per the desired pattern.

Is there any filtering option while generating financial transactions?

Yes, there is, you can filter the report on the basis of dates, class, sections, staff, by the Accounts head and by the term etc..

Have you provided the settings based up on the university norms?

Yes, we will provide as per university norms.

Based up on the backlogs, is there any chance to view the students who were detained ?

Yes, we are providing details/ reports of detained Student of an institute.

If particular student's parent doesn't know how to read /write then how can you pass a particular message which is more important? What is the use of site for them?

IVRS voice based information is easy to share even to those people who are illiterates/computer illiterates.

In how many ways can we get the support ?

We provide customized, private - labeled technical support services to enable 24x7 server monitoring, server troubleshooting and server maintenance. Customer can get support by phone, email, support module in the product itself. We provide 24x7, Be it Assistance or Technical Support.

Any chance to inform the students regarding the bus breakdown in route wise ?

We provide route wise sms - where you can send sms to only effected students (through parents number).

If you have any problem in your site, in which way you will provide the service?

Based on the query we will contact you personally/ by phone/ by team viewer.

Can we use SMS facility for other purpose of school promotions?

Based on the TRAI SMS regulation rules, sms services are provided. All TRAI approved promotional activities would be allowed.

How long it takes to get the software in running condition with complete customization, data migration, configuration and training?

Within 2 days we will complete the data migration. It takes minimum 7-10 working days to train, customization depends on the report of the analysis team.

Why java rather than other technologies like PHP / .net?

Java is more safe and secured as per industry standard and the platform is independent and scalable. Java is preferred because of the security and flexibility level it provides to integrate with any hardware component that too with multiple platform.
